Goal
Thanks to a flexible and efficient organisation, Banco Cooperativo is fulfilling its goal to improve the capacity to offer a range of financial products and services to the complete satisfaction of its member banks, creating added value and meeting all saving and investment needs.
To continue to do this, however, it is important to keep growing in order to achieve the integrated quality in service that will allow BCE to respond to the demands of its member banks. To this end, it is adapting processes and structures in order to find solutions in this ever-changing environment.
In its constant effort to create stronger links and greater loyalty, BCE has specialised its sales processes and improved global relations with customers, as it considers this the best way to obtain a greater share of the market.
Given its special relevance, impact and strategic character, the Group would like to highlight the implementation of its main concern so far: the Quality Programme, with the aim of providing customers with improved service and advice.
